Shipping Policy

Everything in our shop is made to order. Fine art prints are produced and shipped by our print partner WhiteWall in Germany; clothing, tote bags and scarves are printed on demand by our production partner. If your order contains items from both, they are produced separately and may arrive in separate parcels.

Where we ship:

• Fine art prints: Croatia, all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
• Clothing, tote bags and scarves: Croatia and EU countries only.

Processing time:

• Fine art prints: 3–5 business days.
• Clothing, tote bags and scarves: 5–7 business days.

Orders are not produced, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. After production, standard shipping of fine art prints typically takes 7–10 business days. For clothing, tote bags and scarves, please allow about 8–14 business days in total from the date of your order, including production.

Customs, duties and taxes: Within the EU there are no customs duties. For fine art prints shipped to Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom, import duties and import VAT are already covered – there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
