Returns & Refund Policy

Our fine art prints are produced and shipped by our print partner WhiteWall, an award-winning professional photo lab, and our clothing and tote bags are printed on demand by our production partner. Every item is made after you order.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

  • To withdraw, write to us at kbarisic9@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will reply with return instructions.
  • Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. If an item has been used or handled beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value.
  • We cover the cost of returning the item; our reply will explain how to send it back.
  • We will refund the price of the item, including the original standard delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you have sent it).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, a misprint or a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, size or colour, we will replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, at kbarisic9@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A photo of the packaging

We will arrange a reprint and reshipment as quickly as possible.

Colour disclaimer

Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the final print or garment, due to monitor calibration differences. This is not considered a defect. We recommend reviewing our product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellation is no longer possible. Your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery, described above, is not affected.
